Programs for Schools + School Districts

The Keystone Network | A Contracted Partner for Comprehensive Student Support

The Keystone Network offers a multi-year, scaffolded college and career readiness program for high school students in partnership with school districts.

We deliver services directly to students, either during the school day or as part of extended learning and enrichment programming. We can provide comprehensive student counseling services, or tailor our offerings to complement existing counseling programs.

Our inclusive programs  are designed to support first-generation, low-income, and under-resourced students.

Our partnerships help schools expand their capacity by providing individualized advising and mentorship without increasing staff workload.

Our offerings include group and individual coaching that grows with students through each year of high school and beyond.

We help with goal-setting, career exploration, managing coursework, extracurriculars, and deadlines, and college planning, as well as exploring alternatives to traditional 4-year colleges. Dynamic networking events, excursions, and group activities keep young people engaged while building their social skills and confidence.

Monica has been an incredible mentor and invaluable asset since the moment I met her… She is someone who genuinely cares about others and is passionate about helping them succeed.

Her guidance has been crucial in my decision to continue my education. Asking for help has always been difficult for me, as I have always had to navigate my academics on my own. But with Monica as my mentor, I have never felt alone in the journey through higher education.

Her support has inspired me, and I hope to one day help others the way she has helped—and continues to help—me.”

Programmatic Offerings

High School to College Program

The Keystone Network’s signature High School-to-College program offers comprehensive, strategic support that grows with each student as they progress from high school through early career and beyond. The program follows a structured, year-by-year approach, ensuring students are well-prepared for college admissions, career exploration, and alternative pathways. Our goal is to help students stay on track academically, build strong extracurricular profiles, and confidently navigate the college admissions process.

Freshman Year: Laying the Foundation
Students begin exploring academic strengths and potential career paths. Support includes course planning, goal setting, time management, and building a foundation in extracurriculars and community service. Monthly check-ins and parent consultations are included.

Sophomore Year: Exploration & Skill-Building
This year focuses on deepening academic planning and exploring careers and college options. Students begin early test prep and expand their resumes through internships and enrichment opportunities. College visits and individualized planning begin.

Junior Year: Preparation & Strategy
Students receive intensive support with college selection, SAT/ACT strategy, essay brainstorming, and summer program applications. Academic rigor, extracurricular distinction, and scholarship planning are emphasized.

Senior Year: Application & Decision-Making
A full-service application year, with unlimited essay support, Common App guidance, and financial aid coaching. Students also get help with interview prep and decision-making after acceptances come in.

Gap Year + Alternative Pathway Planning

We offer informed, personalized guidance for students pursuing vocational training, military, creative arts, entrepreneurship, and other non-traditional pathways.

Some students need more time for self-exploration before committing to a college or career path. We help them plan Gap Year experiences that are structured and intentional.

One-Time Consultations

Our counselors are available on demand for students in need of targeted support with essay review, interview prep, career counseling, and more.
